Personalise additional advice
You can use these consultations to provide additional advice to customers.
Some customers who are pregnant or have children under the age of four years may be eligible for the Healthy Start Scheme. This scheme provides vouchers or a prepaid card to buy milk, infant formula, fruit, vegetables and pulses from local shops, as well as coupons that can be exchanged for free vitamins. You can visit www.healthystart.nhs.uk to find out more about the Healthy Start Scheme.
Scotland has a different scheme called Best Start. Visit www.mygov.scot/best-start-grant-best-start-foods for more information.
Build loyalty
Think about the vitamin supplements available for babies and young children both in store and online.
