If customers ask for advice on symptoms, use the WWHAM framework, followed by the CARE framework for the recommended product.

If customers ask for a specific product, pick it up off the shelf and say something like “of course”, then use the CARE framework to ensure the product is suitable for them and that they get the advice they need.

  Uses: Vitamin D3 drops suitable from birth that provide 10 mcg of vitamin D, which is the recommended level by the UK Department of Health.^‡
