The Pharmacy First service launched in England on January 31st and is proving popular. This module looks at how OTC products and advice fit with the service. Whilst the Pharmacy First service is not available in all nations the information on products, advice and when to refer is still useful.

After completing this module you will:

  1. Be able to recognise the symptoms of sinusitis

  2. Know which customers to refer into the Pharmacy First service (if available)

  3. Be confident to advise on self-care and OTC products for sinusitis
